Blue Peak Air Conditioning was founded in 2009, originally focused on residential HVAC installation and service. In 2011, the company expanded its offerings to include commercial HVAC systems and large-scale maintenance solutions for multifamily and senior living communities.

By 2016, Blue Peak Air Conditioning began servicing college campuses, providing HVAC upgrades for dormitories, classrooms, common areas, and faculty offices during peak summer breaks. Based in Tampa Bay, Blue Peak has delivered HVAC solutions across Florida—including Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, and Naples—and has successfully completed projects in Kentucky and Tennessee.

With over 5,000 HVAC unit installations and upgrades completed across multifamily, educational, and senior living properties, Blue Peak also plays a key role in common area renovations and new construction projects.
